2014 New Year’s Resolutions – Sincerely, Diana Style

WHEREAS  In 2013, Diana had setbacks in her physical health and fitness that need to be addressed in 2014 and

WHEREAS  Diana has felt disengagement from some people she currently has relationships with, as well as a desire to form new relationships and

WHEREAS  Wellness has become a major part of Diana’s life in the past few years and she has a strong desire to share that with others

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Diana will endeavor to fulfill the following New Year’s Resolutions for 2014, in support of her 2014 Mission of Finding Her Awesome Again….

  • Since physical activity makes Diana feel better physically and emotionally and is important to overall wellness, she resolves to work out 200 times in the year 2014.
  • Since relationships are important to Diana and many others in her life, she resolves to write a minimum of 25 letters to loved ones this year, using pencil or pen and paper, and employing the United States Postal Service to mail said letters
  • Since continuing to work towards a healthy weight is important to Diana, she resolves to log all her food intake this year to the best of her ability – even the stuff that would make her coaches cringe.
  • Since Diana enjoys promoting health, wellness, and awesomeness via writing, Diana resolves to write a minimum of 50 blog posts across all her blogging platforms in 2014.
